Ingredients (2 Servings)


  • 250 g roasted chicken breasts filets
  • 125 grams hummus
  • 1 teaspoon of chopped scallion or onion
  • 1 small red pepper
  • salt and pepper
  • rocket salad (or other leafy green)
  • 30 grams Tilzit cheese for decoration


Cool roasted chicken breast filets and cut them into cubes. Cut one small red pepper into cubes as well. Mix chicken, hummus, scallion, pepper, salt and pepper. Season rocket salad with salt, vinegar and pumpkin seed oil or olive oil. Serve together and sprinkle some Tilzit cheese to your taste.
