Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • Sana Hummus
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ajvar
  • ¼ teaspoons ground pepper
  • ¼ teaspoons of salt
  • red sweet pepper for decoration

 

Preparation

Boil eggs hard (5 minutes) and let them cool down. Peel them, cut them lengthwise and remove the egg yolks.

Use a mixer to separately blend yogurt, Sana Hummus, and spices to get a smooth mixture.

Place the mixture inside a piping bag and fill every egg. Sprinkle a dash of sweet red pepper over eggs and add parsley at will. Bon appetite!
