Ingredients

  • eggplants
  • Sana bio Tahini Classic sesame paste
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic
  • lemon juice
  • parsley

 

Preparation

Cut eggplants in strips, season with salt and allow to rest for about 15 minutes to lose bitterness. Grill them on a grilled pan or grill for a few minutes on both sides.

 

Sauce

Mix Sana Tahini Classic sesame paste with some cold water, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic to your taste.

 

Pour the sauce over grilled eggplants and decorate with fresh parsley.

If you like spicy dishes, prepare your sauce with Sana Tahini Chili sesame paste instead.
