Finely chop 1/2 red onion and cook on olive oil shortly until it softens. Mix the onion with 1/2 kg ground beef, 1/2 cup hummus and about 2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley. Shape the meat mix into patties and then fry them to your taste while periodically sprinkling them with the juice of a lemon. Serve with lightly roasted hamburger buns, green salad leaves, tomatoes and more of delicious Sana hummus. Bon appetite!
