Ingredients for 2 people

  • 4 lamb chops
  • olive oil
  • chopped parsley and several slices of lemon
  • 200 g Sana Vegetable Mix
  • salt and pepper

 

Preparation

Bring a roasting pan to medium heat. Brush lamb chops with olive oil and season them with salt and pepper. Roast them for 2 minutes on each side for medium done lamb chops, or until they are roasted to your taste.

 

Remove the lamb chops from the pan and place on a plate, cover them loosely with foil and allow to cool for 2 minutes. In the roasting pan in which you cooked the meat, now put Sana Vegetable Mix to light heat (can also be done in a microwave). Serve the Vegetable Mix and lamb chops sprinkled with parsley. Decorate with slices of lemon. Bon appetite!
