Ingredients

  • 12 small potatoes
  • 150 g Sana Hummus
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 250 g minced veal
  • 2 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of grated mozzarella cheese
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Fill a large pot with water and add potatoes. Cook the water until it boils and simmer the potatoes, about 10 minutes until they are slightly soft. When the potatoes are cooked, rinse them and place them on a plate to cool before cutting.

Cut each potato into 1/4. Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop out the middle of each potato, but be careful not to break the sides. You may need to cut a small portion of the potatoes on the bottom to make them stand upright. Repeat the process for all potatoes.

Bring a pan to medium heat, add olive oil, minced veal, salt and pepper. Stir the veal for about 5 minutes until it is completely cooked. Then add pizza sauce and mix to blend the ingredients. Cook for a few more minutes and add basil, then remove the pan from the heat.

Add the potatoes to a baking tray. Take little less than a spoon of burger mix and put in each potato. Add some mozzarella on top and bake everything in the oven for about a minute or two, and remove from the oven. Place the potatoes on a serving plate and decorate with hummus. Bon appetite!
