- 250g Sana Pumpkin Seeds Hummus
- 10 to 12 tart cups
- 2 cups of peeled butternut pumpkin sliced into cubes
- 1 red onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- chives, basil and parsley for decoration
Cut an onion into wide strips and mix with butternut pumpkin cubes. Add olive oil, salt, pepper and mix all well together. Grill on a grill pan.
Fill tart cups with Sana hummus using a decoration squeeze bag.
Once the vegetable is grilled and ready, leave it on a side to cool down, then place it into tarts and sprinkle some chives, parsley and basil on top. Serve the tarts warm or chilled.
