Sprinkle olive oil over 4 thin pita breads and bake them in the oven at 200 ° C for about 5 minutes until they become crunchy. Spread 2 tbsp of Sana Hummus on each baked pita bread.

In a medium sized bowl, add 1/2 chopped cucumber, 1/2  chopped tomato, 1/4 cup chopped black olives, 1/4  red onion, 1 cup of rocket salad, 2 tbsp of lemon juice, and 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, then season with salt and pepper and mix all together.

Divide the mixture on all 4 pita breads, and sprinkle with feta cheese.
