Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg salmon
  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 1 tsp crushed rosemary

 

Preparation

Heat the oven to 200° C degrees. Place salmon in an oiled baking tray, skin down. Mix together hummus and rosemary in a small bowl, and coat the salmon with the mixture. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the fish is completely baked and is of slightly brown color. Bon appetite!
