Ingredients for 2 people
- 300 g chicken or tofu
- 200 g Sana Thai salsa
- 1 cup of cauliflower
- half a cup of rice
- olive oil
- salt, pepper
Preparation
Add some olive oil to a heated pan, cut pieces of chicken or tofu, cauliflower, a pinch of salt and pepper and cook on light heat. If you like spicy flavors, add a little chili. Finally, add cooked rice and Thai salsa. Bon appetite!
If you do not like sweet flavors, you can opt for Sana Vegetable Mix instead of Thai salsa.
