Ingredients

  • 500g tofu
  • 1 cup flour
  • 200 g Sana Vegetable Mix
  • 2 scallions
  • 400 g rice
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil

 

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan. Cut tofu into dices. Roll them in flour and cook them in the pan until they become golden brown from all sides. Add Sana Vegetable Mix and simmer. Sprinkle tofu with chopped scallions and serve with a portion of cooked rice. Bon appetite!
