Ingredients

  • 2-3 tbsp roasted red pepper spread
  • a handful of chopped carrots
  • a handful of baby spinach
  • several drops of lemon juice / olive oil
  • freshly ground pepper
  • edamame (green soy)
  • several avocado slices

Preparation

Heat tortillas for a brief time in a pan, then place on a serving plate and add hummus spread across its top surface. Add other ingredients as well and distribute them evenly so as to make a thin layer. Firmly roll the tortillas securing the ends inwards. Cut such rolled tortillas every 3cm to get smaller rolls.
