Ingredients
- 2-3 tbsp roasted red pepper spread
- a handful of chopped carrots
- a handful of baby spinach
- several drops of lemon juice / olive oil
- freshly ground pepper
- edamame (green soy)
- several avocado slices
Preparation
Heat tortillas for a brief time in a pan, then place on a serving plate and add hummus spread across its top surface. Add other ingredients as well and distribute them evenly so as to make a thin layer. Firmly roll the tortillas securing the ends inwards. Cut such rolled tortillas every 3cm to get smaller rolls.
