• 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup chili hummus
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet red pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 lemon

Heat the oven to 220°C. Spray oil onto a medium sized non-sticky baking tray. Place chicken breast in the tray.

Using a spoon, scoop ½ cup of hummus and transfer it in a separate small bowl to avoid contaminating the rest of hummus with raw chicken. Apply the hummus from a small bowl to the chicken by coating it evenly all over the meat, and put the remaining hummus in a fridge.

Season the chicken with chopped garlic, sweet peppers, cumin and chili powder. Squeeze one half of lemon over chicken.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is completely baked and the hummus is crunchy. Bon appetite!
