Ingredients for 2 people

  • 100g cooked buckwheat
  • 3 carrots, cut into strips
  • 1 chicken breast filet (approx. 200g)
  • fresh coriander
  • 2 rosemary branches
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 125g Sana pumpkin seeds hummus
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet red pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for marinade
  • salt and pepper

 

Preparation

Marinade chicken filets with olive oil, rosemary, chopped garlic, sweet red pepper and add salt and pepper to your taste. Leave it to rest for at least half an hour. Grill the chicken filets in a heated pan or grill. When the filets are ready, take them out of the pan and cut them into strips.

 

Meanwhile, cook buckwheat in salted water until it softens. When it is cooked, rinse it well with cold water. Season the buckwheat with olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper to your taste.

 

Once everything is ready, cut carrots into strips and chop up coriander.

 

Tips for serving: place carrot strips and roasted ​​chicken slices on cooked buckwheat, and add Sana pumpkin seeds hummus on top. Sprinkle everything with chopped coriander. Bon appetite!
