Ingredients for 2 people

  • 2 eggplants
  • mozzarella or tofu
  • Sana bio Tahini Mediterranean
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper



Cut eggplants in strips, season with salt and let them rest for 15 minutes in order to lose their bitterness. Pour some olive oil on them and grill.

Cut mozzarella or tofu into larger cubes, add salt and pepper, and a spoon or two of Sana Tahini Mediterranean sesame paste.

You can place such marinated mozzarella (or tofu) on 1/3 of eggplant strips and roll them up into small rolls. Serve as a warm or cold dish with salad. Enjoy and stay healthy! Bon appetite!
