Preheat the oven to 180° C degrees. Place the aluminum foil on a baking tray and put it aside. Remove and throw away mushroom stalks and keep the mushroom caps only. Clean the mushrooms thoroughly. Place them on the baking tray and bake them for 20 to 25 minutes in a preheated oven or until the mushrooms are filled with mushroom juice. Carefully discharge the juice (be careful, they are very hot coming straight out of the oven) and let them cool. Fill each mushroom cap with Sana Green Pepper Hummus and sprinkle everything with grated cheddar cheese.
Optional: Decorate the mushrooms with slices of fresh green paprika and sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Keep in mind that apart from the pretty decoration, the appetizer will also be much spicier.
