Ingredients for 2 people
- 200g Sana Vegetable Mix
- 1 small yellow or green zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 thinly sliced mozzarella
- fresh oregano, chopped
- olive oil
- 2 baked pizza pies
Preparation
Heat the oven to 200°C. Add Sana Vegetable Mix across each baked pizza bread and add mozzarella and zucchini slices on top. You can roll the slices of zucchini around your finger and gently squeeze them into the Vegetable Mix.
Using a spatula or the back of a baking tray place the pizzas in the oven, directly onto the grates. Bake for about 8 minutes, or until Vegetable Mix and cheese start to form bubbles, then take out of the oven. Sprinkle the pizza crusty edges with a few drops of oil and season everything with oregano. Bon appetite!
