Ingredients for 2 people

  • 200g Sana Vegetable Mix
  • 1 small yellow or green zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 thinly sliced mozzarella
  • fresh oregano, chopped
  • olive oil
  • 2 baked pizza pies

 

Preparation

Heat the oven to 200°C. Add Sana Vegetable Mix across each baked pizza bread and add mozzarella and zucchini slices on top. You can roll the slices of ​​zucchini around your finger and gently squeeze them into the Vegetable Mix.

 

Using a spatula or the back of a baking tray place the pizzas in the oven, directly onto the grates. Bake for about 8 minutes, or until Vegetable Mix and cheese start to form bubbles, then take out of the oven. Sprinkle the pizza crusty edges with a few drops of oil and season everything with oregano. Bon appetite!
